The Palm Residence is a Victorian property overlooking a park in south east London. We have been renovating the property to restore it to its former glory and it’s now available to hire.

Downstairs in the living space is the living room; walls are washed with vintage peach tones and the furniture is a mix of antique cane and deep vclvets. There’s also The Palm Parlour - our vintage tropical cocktail bar complete with a refurbished cane bar, disco ball and moody palm print walls. The Palm Parlour was designed to evoke tropical disco vibes in the jungles of Goa and Sri Lanka.

At the back of the house the kitchen and dining space has been opened up conservatory style to flood the space with south-facing light. To the side is The Veranda, a space inspired by the porches of colonial villas and at the back is a large garden where you’ll find Pamela (the giant palm tree we named the house after).

Upstairs are 4 large rooms including a master suite with a pink rolltop bath looking out over the park, a Rangwali pink dressing room, a mellow and moody blue-grey room and a bright and breezy creative workspace where bamboo paper and natural linens nod to Ibiza’s golden years.
